1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Pinsoft website and platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Pinsoft Bilişim A.Ş.

2. Services

Pinsoft provides enterprise software platforms for aviation operations, logistics and delivery management, and AI-powered business intelligence. Access to specific platforms is governed by separate enterprise license agreements between Pinsoft and the client organization.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials on this website and within our platforms are the exclusive property of Pinsoft Bilişim A.Ş. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platforms or infrastructure.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Pinsoft software.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and publicly available materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Enterprise platform services are subject to the warranties and service level agreements defined in individual client contracts.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinsoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website. Liability for enterprise platform services is governed by the applicable client agreement.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of İstanbul, Turkey.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
