Accessibility
Our Commitment
Pinsoft is committed to ensuring that our website and enterprise platforms are accessible to people with disabilities. We continuously work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological differences.
What We're Doing
Our accessibility efforts include:
- Semantic HTML structure for screen readers and assistive technologies.
- Keyboard navigation support across all interactive elements.
- Sufficient color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA requirements.
- Alternative text for meaningful images and decorative image identification.
- Focus management and visible focus indicators for all interactive components.
- Responsive design that supports text resizing and zoom up to 200%.
- ARIA labels and landmarks where native HTML semantics are insufficient.
- Skip-to-content links for efficient keyboard navigation.
Enterprise Platforms
Our enterprise software platforms are developed with accessibility as a core requirement. Aviation operations, delivery management, and AI-powered tools are built to support diverse users across operational environments. Platform-specific accessibility documentation is available to clients upon request.
Known Limitations
While we strive for comprehensive accessibility, some older content or third-party components may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. We are actively working to address these areas and prioritize fixes based on user impact.
